Our purpose

Blue Olive was built on a belief that the most important things in business happen between people — and that those moments deserve to be designed, not left to chance.

Most companies spend years refining their strategy, their product, their team. And then they manage their most important relationships with a last-minute dinner and a generic itinerary.

We built Blue Olive to change that: by bringing together two disciplines that rarely sit in the same room: strategic business thinking and world-class hospitality craft.

There is a gap between the quality of a company’s strategy and the quality of the relationships expected to carry it forward. Between what companies say about relationships — and what they actually invest in building them.

Blue Olive exists to close that gap, by bringing strategy and craft to the moments that matter most.

THE FOUNDERS

Ramiro leads the strategic and commercial architecture of Blue Olive — ensuring every experience is designed against a clear business outcome, not just a brief.

His work focuses on structuring high-impact relationship environments that drive alignment, influence, and long-term value.

RAMIRO

Luis leads the craft — the sensibility, the network, and the operational precision behind every Blue Olive experience.

With over fourteen years in hospitality, he has designed and delivered experiences for discerning audiences across multiple countries — from luxury destination weddings to executive-level corporate gatherings. He understands that what makes an experience unforgettable is not scale or budget, but the intention behind every detail and the access that only the right relationships make possible.

Strategy without craft creates experiences that make sense, but leave no mark.

Craft without strategy creates experiences people remember, but that change nothing.

Blue Olive is built on the conviction that these two disciplines belong together. When they do, experiences don’t just happen: they move relationships, decisions, and outcomes.

WHY THE COMBINATION MATTERS

THE NAME

Blue Olive is intentional.

Blue represents clarity, depth, and perspective: the kind required to understand what a relationship needs and where it can go.

Olive carries a different meaning: hospitality, connection, and shared moments. It’s what appears on the table before anything else, an invitation to sit, to talk, to build something over time.

Together, they represent the intersection we operate in, and they reflect how we think.

What doesn't exist yet is exactly what's worth creating. Like the name.
