Discover one of Mexico City’s most extraordinary landscapes through an experience that blends culture, gastronomy, and the living traditions of the city’s ancient waterways.
Your journey begins with private transportation from Mexico City to the canals of Xochimilco, a UNESCO-recognized cultural treasure. Upon arrival, board your private trajinera and glide through the historic waterways as your host introduces the fascinating history of the chinampa system: an ingenious form of agriculture developed by the Aztecs that continues to sustain the region today.
The experience continues with a visit to a working regenerative chinampa, where you’ll walk through cultivated fields and learn how seasonal ingredients are grown using traditional soil-restoring methods.
At the heart of the experience is a four-course farm-to-table lunch prepared by a private local chef. Vegetables harvested directly from the chinampa take center stage, interpreted through contemporary Mexican cuisine and paired with a mezcal cocktail, Mexican wine or beer, and a classic carajillo to close the meal. After lunch, return by private trajinera through the tranquil canals before your transfer brings you back to the city.

In the heart of Hipódromo Condesa, step into a refined mezcal ritual designed for curious palates and discerning travelers. Guided by a professional master bartender, this hands-on experience explores Mexico’s most emblematic spirit through the craft of cocktail making.
Guests will create three signature mezcal cocktails while discovering the traditions, regions, and production methods that shape its distinctive character and layered flavor profiles.
Each cocktail is paired with thoughtfully curated Mexican bites that enhance and balance every pour, from fresh seafood tostadas to bold regional flavors and a final note of dark chocolate.
Over the course of this 2.5-hour experience, mezcal, gastronomy, and storytelling come together in an intimate setting that captures the spirit of Mexico City’s contemporary nightlife.

Set atop a private helipad along Paseo de la Reforma, just steps from the Angel of Independence, this elevated cycling experience transforms a morning workout into something far more memorable. With the skyline stretching in every direction, a professional instructor leads a powerful 60-minute session designed to energize, challenge, and reset.
As the ride builds in intensity, the city unfolds beneath you: towers catching the morning light, traffic beginning to flow, and the rhythm of the music carrying the momentum forward.
All equipment is provided, including premium bikes, cycling shoes, and hydration. Simply arrive ready to ride.
